Last Nights Dinner with Grandparents at PM Restaurant fish and steak house. It was absolutely delicious!
Lunch: Salad (romaine lettuce, onions, green onions, cucumber, avocado, celery, olive oil and a bit of mayo) with grilled angus beef.
Brunch: Scrambbled eggs with ground turkey, onions & tomato.
Dinner: Shredded chicken with tomato, onion & pesto. Sautéed Plantain with cinnamon.
Meals of the day:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt, almonds and black berries.
Lunch: Chicken, mushrooms and half sweet potato.
Dinner: Shredded chicken with okra and half mashed plantain.
Lunch & Dinner:
Chicken, eggs whites and sweet potato.
Scrambled eggs, sausage and fried plantain (almond oil).
Saturday morning breakfast:
Almond Flour pancake with protein powder, scrambled eggs and fresh squizzed carrat, orange and lime juice.
